I believe the King James Bible is the closest we have to the original Word of God in English. The Bible was inspired by God; He told His servants what to write. Continuously making more versions is like saying He messed up and we're fixing it. He is our creator and Lord. We can't possibly do anything better than he can.
|Deu 12:32||What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it|
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

|1Cr 13:4||Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,|
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.
Let all your things be done with charity.

|1Cr 1:3||Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and [from] the Lord Jesus Christ.|
